Simon Huang is the founder of Novachoice Investment Inc. Mr. Huang specializes in and manages single family homes, multiplexes and apartment complexes with up to 30 units throughout Santa Clara County, Merced Countyand Stanislaus County.
Mr. Huang has been active in real estate brokerage and management of residential income properties in the bay area and Merced County since 2004.
Mr. Huang holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He was an engineer and worked for silicon valley high tech companies over 20 years. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, a member of the Merced County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
